work experience
Work experience is an important part of Do More Than Drink. Some of our awesome bar partners like Mesa Verde, Carwyn Cellars, Back Alley Sally’s and Mr Wow’s Emporium are offering work experience shifts to Scarf graduate trainees on a couple of nights during the campaign. Undertaking work experience allows graduate trainees to strengthen their bar skills and drinks knowledge, as well as their networks. Getting the chance to work with talented industry folk helps our graduates grow their confidence and increase their job prospects. And, potential future employers get to see the enthusiasm, capability and commitment of the awesome young people who've come through a Scarf program. Keep an eye out for Scarf work experience trainees during the campaign, and make sure to say a friendly g’day if you see a Scarf graduate in action!
